| 1203778248 | 2016-06-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves in the open position on casing supplying the motor valve. Gauges present read 330psi on the casing and 300psi on the tubing. Production equipment included a 140bbl tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .75 inch orifice and chart recorder all within an earthen dike. Identification was present and production records were current. |
