1558236765 2017-07-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank and a 50 barrel tank within an earthen dike. Also present a horizontal separator, a 2 inch salesmeter with a 1 inch orifice and a chart recorder. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, a plunger lift system and domestic gas service. Valves were closed on the tubing and the flowline with 1 of 2 valves open on the casing supplying the domestic gas and the motor valve. Identification was present and production records were current.
