-39 and NOV-474914913, I witnessed that the tank battery was shared with 34059235220000 H. Gerent 2 and consisted of 3-100bbl tanks. Production equipment included a vertical separator, a drip, a 2 inch sales meter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder. Valves were closed on the sales line. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, a pumping unit powered electrically and a methanol tank within an earthen dike. Valves were open at the well head. Production records were current and identification was present at the well and the tank battery with issues resolved. | |

| 0474914913 | 2014-02-14 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | On the day of my inspection, I reviewed the Division of Oil and Gas production records and found them to be current for the years of 2011 and 2012; the well is equipped with a pumping unit above an eight and five-eighths inch surface casing with four and a half inch production casing and two inch tubing. Upon inspection, the pumping unit was not operating. The pressure gauge on the two inch tubing read sixty pounds of pressure. The valve on the four and a half inch production casing as well as the two inch tubing at the well was in the open position. At the time of inspection, I was unable to locate the separator, well recorder, or production tanks for this well. There was no I.D. posted at the well.
