| 0730777155 | 2015-03-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included a 100bbl tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch sales meter with a .75 inch orifice, a chart recorder and domestic gas service all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the motor valve. Gauges were also present reading 340psi on the casing and 270psi on the tubing. Identification was present and production records were current. |
