| 1267267256 | 2017-01-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a 37 barrel polymer tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .75 inch orifice and a chart recorder with the chart all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, domestic gas service and a plunger lift system with valves in the closed position on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the motor valve and domestic gas. Identification was present and production records were current with zero production reported since 2012. I contacted Enervest requesting their plans for the well. |
