| 2032440923 | 2017-01-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .125 inch orifice and a chart recorder with no chart all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and a casing lift system with all valves in the open position. No identification was present and production records were current with zero production reported since 2010. I contacted Northwood Energy and requested a plan for the well. |
