1116645430	2016-09-08	Production Wells	No Violations	On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank and a 100 barrel tank within an earthen dike. Also present a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch salesmeter with a 1.25 inch orifice and chart recorder. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing; 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing and plunger lift system with valves open on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves open on the casing supplying the motor valve. A disconnected empty methanol tank and a disconnected slick wire line was also present on location. Identification was present and production records were current.
