0246472983 2017-01-26 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, a plunger lift system and domestic gas service with valves open on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves open on the casing supplying the motor valve and the domestic gas. Production equipment included 2-210 barrel tanks and a 37 barrel polymer tank within an earthen dike. Also present a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch salesmeter with a 1.25 inch orifice and a chart recorder. Identification was present and production records were current.
