During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge present on the tubing read 120 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of one 210-barrel tank, one 30-barrel poly tank, one drip, one vertical separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, .375-inch orifice plate, and chart recorder with current chart. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 210-barrel tank and the production records were current.
