A pig launcher and a meter station were present on the north side of the pad and also onsite for the well was a GP unit and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the closed position as pipeline installation is underway. The pad is scheduled to be online week ending 6/11/16.
1378832396 2013-09-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed O-Tex pumping LLC break circulation with fresh water then displace 220 sacks of type H lead cement then displace 580 sacks of type H with 3% calc tail cement down the 9.625 casing, I witnessed 34 barrels of cement returns to surface.
1526650293 2018-05-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Gauges were present reading 213 pounds per square inch on the tubing, 428 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter intermediate, and 350 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter second intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks, one vapor recovery tower, two line heaters, two sand traps, two gas production units, one directed fired oil treater, one horizontal vent scrubber, and one combustor.
