1000370783 2016-02-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the location was gated and locked. The production equipment included 12-400bbl tanks within containment, a vapor recovery tower, a vapor blow case, a vertical 3-phase separator, 2 compressor units, a vertical heater treater, a 50bbl sand tank within containment, a gas combustor and back-up flare stack all shared with the Karen 23-9-7 1H, Karen 23-9-7 2H and Karen 23-9-7 4H. Also present a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator and a sand trap. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with identification and production records were current. The well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position with 700psi on the tubing and 850psi on the casing. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with identification and production records were current.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present and evaluated. The production equipment consisted of one 500 barrel tank, eleven 400 barrel tanks, one 50 barrel tank, one vapor recovery tower, four sand traps, four line heaters, four gas production units, one heater treater, one compressor, one vertical vent scrubber, and two combustors. No personnel on location during inspection.
