During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. A gauge was present reading 200 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of one 500 barrel tank, eleven 400 barrel tanks, one 50 barrel tank, one vapor recovery tower, four sand traps, four line heaters, four gas production units, one heater treater, one compressor, one vertical vent scrubber, and two combustors. No personnel on location during inspection.

Also present a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position and 420psi on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with identification and production records were current.

Also present a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position with 250 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 250 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place. Identification was present and production records were current.
