0206205361 2016-10-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a GP Unit, a line heater, a vapor recovery system, 2- NGL tanks, a compressor unit, a heater treater, a stabilizer unit, a vertical vent scrubber, a combustor unit and a total of 12-500 barrel tanks all within containment and shared with the 1H and the 5H. The well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 220 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 230 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place. Identification was present and production records were current.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Gauges were present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of one indirect line heater, three gas production units, one vertical heater treater, one compressor, one vapor recovery tower, one vertical vent scrubber, one combustor and twelve 400-barrel tanks.

At the entry of the lease road I could not hear any noises coming from the pad. Upon entry of the pad the compressor can be heard operating.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing had 0 pounds per square inch and the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate had 535 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of twelve 400-barrel tanks, three gas production units, one heater treater, vertical vent scrubber, and a combustor. The compressor that was the cause of the complaint has been removed.
