The production equipment included a sand trap; a GP unit and 2-400bbl purge tanks. Tubing pressure was at 1700psi and Casing pressure was at 1800psi. Fluids and gas are separated at the GP unit and then transferred to the Borton CGF.

0369689423 2016-08-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection of the Borton Central Gathering Facility (CFG) accompanied by ODNR Customer Service Assistant Jimmy Wiles, I witnessed the remediation of the affected area around the flare stack was completed and the facility was online. Repairs were completed yesterday at 22:00 with restart at that time. Inspection of the well pad found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 710 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 900 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place. The production equipment included a line heater, a sand trap, a GP unit and 2-400 barrel purge tanks. Fluids and gas are separated at the GP unit and then transferred to the Borton CGF for sales.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. The 13.375-inch diameter surface casing had 300 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate had 0 pounds per square inch, the 5.5-inch diameter production casing had 500 pounds per square inch, and the production tubing had 330 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of six sand traps, six gas production units, and two 400-barrel tanks. The identification was present at the wellhead.

1406415983 2014-07-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Patterson rig 253 is on site. They will run casing of 18.62587.5lb/ft. to depth of 441 Kelly Bushing. The open hole is 24and is drilled to depth of 437. The company Eclipse will run 40 % excess of cement. Centralizers were ran at the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th joints. The float shoe and float collar is being ran. There is not going to be a wiper plug ran to displace the cement. The PH is at 7 and the temperature of the water is at 80.4 Degrees Farenheight. Schlumberger is running 810 sacks of class A cement with adds. There was 36 barrels of cement slurry returns. The floats held and did not flow back.

Met with Company Man Matt Hayes and completed walk around revealing no violations.
