2137689448 2014-08-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #9 had drilled a 24inch diameter hole to the depth of 435 feet and ran 439 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing washing down the last joint. Halliburton was on site gained circulation washing casing down with fresh water then pumped 25bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 410 sacks of Class A cement and displaced cement with 120.5bbls of fresh water. Had good cement returns of 22bbls and cement stayed at surface.
