0227947569 2019-04-03 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. The production valves were in the open position. Select Energy Services were on location managing flowback operations on the five wells on the pad. I spoke with the Ascent Company man on location and he stated that the annular pressure was being monitored. The production equipment consisted of six 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, six sand traps, six gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, and one combustor. The identification was posted at the well, tank battery, and entry.

Halliburton completed the two stage cement job on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing. The 9.625 inch diameter casing was set to 6660 feet within 12.25 inch diameter borehole.

The identification was posted at the well, tank battery, and entry. Laminated copies of the Drilling permits were posted at entry. Roustabouts were on location assembling production lines for production equipment.

1414356782 2014-10-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Highlands Drilling Rig #10 drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to the depth of 530 feet and ran 504 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing and stabbed the float shoe with 4.5 inch diameter drill pipe. Baker Hughes was on site and broke circulation and pumped 35bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 697 sacks of Class A lead cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A. Lead cement was followed 155 sacks of Class A tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 3% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, and 0.5% BA-10A. Cement weight was verified by mud scales. Displaced cement with 5bbls of fresh water. There were good cement returns of 40bbls to surface.
