0504869393 | 2015-04-30 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Matt Fulk, the site passed preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A. |
0521488903 | 2014-11-16 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had drilled a 30 inch diameter hole to the depth of 100 feet and ran 100 feet of 24 inch conductor pipe. Express gained circulation and cemented pipe with 240 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Displaced cement with 47bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 5bbls to surface. |
0791287325 | 2018-02-05 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #577 had completed their walk from the Hoop 5H and was tripping into the wellbore with a 12.25 inch diameter bit with plans to commence drilling the second intermediate section this afternoon. I met with Ascent Consultant Cecil Lovell and completed walk around and reviewed the drilling prognosis. |
1257176155 | 2014-12-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Highlands Drilling Rig #10 drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to the depth of 481 feet and ran 444 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Baker Hughes was on site and broke circulation, pumped 35bbls of gel and 10bbls of fresh water. Baker Hughes cemented casing with 575 sacks of Class A lead cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.20cuft/sk. Lead cement was followed 179 sacks of Class A tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 3% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, and 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.21cuft/sk. Cement weight was verified by mud scales. Cement was displaced with 122.6bbls of fresh water. Good cement returns of 70bbls, plug was landed at 302psi and pressured to psi for 5 minutes and the floats at 274psi and pressured to 800psi for 5 minutes and the floats held. |
