0134116704 | 2017-08-14 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Flex Rig #531 had reached total depth of 23994 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew was onsite running 5.5 inch diameter 23 pound per foot P-110 casing at 20963 feet with a planned shoe depth of 23978 feet and cementing to follow. I completed walk around with Eclipse Consultant Neal Ingram revealing the air package has been moved from location and relocated to the Mercury Pad along with Schlumberger was offloading the cement for the upcoming job. |
0496533109 | 2018-06-11 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Pressure monitoring for all casing strings were present. The production equipment consisted of three 400 barrel tanks, nine sand traps, nine gas production units, and six indirect line heaters. The identification was located at the wellhead. The area effected by the pad construction does not have any erosion present and vegetation was established. The pad surface consisted of gravel with a fence surrounding the perimeter. The location meets preliminary restoration requirements written under 1509.072 (A). |
