0083500531 | 2017-05-04 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day inspection I witnessed that Precision Rathole had drilled a 36 inch diameter hole to the depth of 100 feet, hitting water at 40 feet and ran 100 feet of 30 inch 118.65 pounds per foot conductor pipe. O-Tex Pumping LLC was onsite and performed a 200 pounds per square inch pressure test, gained circulation with 2 barrels of fresh water and cemented pipe with 330 sacks Class H cement with 1.5% Calcium Chloride, .2% X--flake weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.2 cubic foot per sack. Cement was weight was verified with pressurized mud scales and displaced to 90 feet with 74.8 barrels of fresh water with good cement returns of 20 barrels to surface. Mix water was tested revealing chlorides of 54 parts per million, pH 7 and 59 degrees. |
0109595982 | 2017-07-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Nomac Drilling Rig #84 had reached total depth of 19438 feet and tripped drill pipe from the wellbore. KLX Energy Service was onsite rigging up to perform a bond log on the 9.625 inch diameter casing. Upon completion Wyoming Casing Crew will commence to running 5.5 inch diameter production casing with cement to follow. |
0327060380 | 2017-06-27 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Nomac Drilling Rig #84 had completed their 2-stage cement job on the intermediate casing job. The casing was set at was set at 6642 feet KB. Nomac Drilling Rig #84 was drilling out the float equipment at 6547 feet. Upon completion Nomac Drilling Rig #84 will trip out and back in with a Cathedral 8.75 inch diameter bottom hole assembly to drill the curve. I met with Ascent Consultant Josh Delso completing walk around and witnessed drill out of the float collar. |
0511838775 | 2019-02-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Gauges were present on all casing strings. The 13.375-inch diameter surface casing had 60 pounds per square inch and the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate had 1300 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of nine 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, six sand traps, six gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, one vertical vent scrubber, and one combustor. The identification was posted at the well, tank battery, and entry. Laminated copies of the Drilling permits were posted at entry. Ascent well tender was on location along with two Wise tanker trucks that were loading produce fluids from the tank battery. |
