0022862142 | 2018-10-11 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection Patterson 577 was no longer on location, drilling operations have been completed, and the well was awaiting to be completed. |
0282836048 | 2019-01-14 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I spoke with Ascent company man Chuck Davies on the well progress. The Fortis service rig will move to this well and drill out the frac plugs. |
0908336510 | 2018-08-13 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection Patterson 577 was drilling at 16414 feet within the 8.5-inch diameter lateral production borehole. Ascent plans to reach a total depth by Wednesday 8/15/18. The 5.5-inch diameter production casing was arriving on location and being installed on the pipe racks. |
1527477873 | 2018-08-02 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Patterson Drilling Rig 577 was rigged up on location. During my inspection the drill string with bottom hole assembly and 17.5-inch diameter bit was hanging in hole at 115 feet. The rig was preparing to dill out the shoe of the 30-inch conductor casing. I spoke with Ascent Company man on location and he stated that they will spud once the rig has completed the necessary corrections to the flow line. |
1547821261 | 2019-01-18 | Completion Testing | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on drilling out frac plugs. During my inspection Fortis Energy Services had a derrick service rig on location. The rig was in the process of moving to the well to drill out 78 frac plugs and install 2.875-inch diameter production tubing. |
1614300254 | 2019-02-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on flow back operations. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with open valves. The flow back equipment on location consisted of three gas buster tanks, one frac tank, and three horizontal line heaters. The production equipment on location consisted on seven sand traps, seven gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, four compressors, six 400-barrel tanks, five 500-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, and one combustor. |
1864095487 | 2018-06-26 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The inspection was conducted under dry with upcoming rain and thunderstorms. The temperature is 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Ascent is setting 30-inch conductor pipe in 36-inch open hole. The tin horn measures 10 foot across and 13 feet deep. The 30-inch conductor inside diameter is 29.25 inch and weighs 118.76 lbs. /ft. The rig ran the conductor pipe to 100-foot-deep and had a shoe of 10 foot on the bottom. O-tex cementing services had mixed 67.3 barrels of slurry and displaced down with 75 barrels of fresh water. The slurry was mixed with 50 percent excess. There was good circulation with 7 barrels of slurry returns. |
1868832098 | 2019-03-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with open valves. Gauges present read 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing, 3000 pounds per square inch on the 5.5-inch diameter production casing, 2800 pounds per square inch on the production tubing. The production equipment on location consisted on seven sand traps, seven gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, four compressors, six 400-barrel tanks, five 500-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, and one combustor. |
2111231135 | 2018-12-28 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. There were a total of 7 wells on pad, three remain temporarily abandoned, and four had just completed hydraulic stimulation operations and are awaiting drill-out and flow back operations. Frac equipment was demobilizing off pad. The location meets the requirements for preliminary restorations within the Ohio Revised Code 1509.072 (A). |
