-inch conductor set with 118.65 lbs./ foot casing. Wyoming casing services Inc placed the 13 3/8-inch casing at 61 lb. per foot of J-55 casing to depth of 1108 feet. 13 3/8-inch float shoe is placed on the bottom and the float collar is placed at 1068.5 feet. 10- 13 3/8-inch centralizers were placed on the casing string at approximately every third joint. The shoe track is at 39.46 feet and the float collar is at 1068.5 feet. C&J Energy ran 1240 sacks of class A cement +1%CJ110 +.2%CJX157011 +3%BWOW of CJ111 at 15.6 lbs./ gallon. The yield is 1.21 cuft. per sack. The displacement is 165 barrels of fresh water. There were 55 barrels of returns of cement slurry. Pressure test 500 psi over the lift pressure for 5 minutes and bleed back the pressure with the floats holding. | |
0464929480 | 2019-06-01 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection found Nine Energy wireline perforating stage 40 out of 66 total stages to be completed. The stage was perforated between the depths of 11,689 and 11,810. Universal pressure umping service is on location stimulating the wells on the pad. The average treating pressure is 9,100 pounds pressure. The 2 primary master valves and the completion stack is reported by be owned by Revolution Energy. All completion equipment is situated on a polymer liner. |

1240317805 | 2018-12-13 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The inspection is conducted as a casing string inspection. Ascent had the 10 -foot by 8- foot tin horn in-place. Rocky Mountain Drilling has drilled a 100- foot 36 -inch open hole. The 30- inch casing was set on bottom to 100 feet. The 30--flake. The yield is 1.19 and the water requirement is 5.2 gallon per sack. There was 35 % excess ran and left 10- foot in the shoe track. The displacement is 74 barrels of fresh water. The fresh water is at 64 degrees Fahrenheit, 7 on the PH and 29 parts per million on the chlorides. 5 barrels of slurry returns. Good circulation was established. |
1531100243 | 2019-02-19 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | During my inspection the well was equipped with a casing head on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing. The Conductor was drilled and set by Rocky Mountain Drilling Auger Rig. The surface casing had been set by Falcon 26 a Schramm 200 top-hole rig. The well was awaiting a rig to complete drilling to total depth. The pad had Newpark Rig mats covering the surface and seven frac tanks were set within containment. |
1558623599 | 2019-05-20 | Completion Testing | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on hydraulic stimulation operations. Allied Horizontal and Universal Pressure Pumping were on location. The sand proppant was trucked on to location and stored on-site within the Sandstrom proppant system owned by Universal Pressure Pumping. Brine water was being utilized for completions. During my inspection Universal had 18 pump trucks rigged in to pump 1998 gallons of Hydrochloric Acid at 7.5% and 251,329 pounds of sand proppant. The break down pressure was 6841 pound per square inch. While pumping the stage the 9.625-inch by 5.5-inch annulus pressure was being monitored and recorded at 60 pounds per square inch. |
