0620366074 | 2016-05-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | RBDMS records indicate that the final restoration was passed for this well bore. On the day of my inspection while accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland I witnessed that the well has not been plugged. The well is utilizing a pump jack for means of production consisting of 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, and 2 3/8 inch diameter production tubing. The production tubing valve and production casing valves where in the closed position at the time on my inspection. Production equipment consisted of a 210 bbl. production tank and a horizontal separator with a two inch diameter meter run. All production equipment was placed inside an earthen dike that measured approximately 30*60 feet at an average height of 2 foot. By the well head and the tank battery were wind socks and signs indicating warnings of poisonous gas, however I witnessed no signs of gases at the time of my inspection. |
1038551704 | 2016-05-31 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I am checking older wells in this area that have began to leak H2S gas. This well has signs posted at the well and tank battery to indicate ( H2S Danger Poisonous Gas ) I did not detect any leaks today but will continue to monitor this well for problems. |
1344487554 | 2013-07-22 | Final Restoration | No Violations | Everything passed according to 1509.072B. |
1463142286 | 2016-05-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | I am checking this well because several wells drilled in this area have been leaking H2S gas. As I arrived on site I could see that there are signs posted next to the well with{ Dangerous Hydrogen Sulfide Gas } along with a wind sock. The well head and components appear to be deteriorating from exposure to the H2S gas. The well appears to be shut in. I did not get close to the well because I did not have a Safety Monitor to alert me if there was gas present. I checked the production records and did not see any reported production for the last several years. I will contact Pat Ervin to inquire about the well status. The well is equipped with a pump jack rods and 1 1/2 inch diameter tubing. |
1467119833 | 2016-06-28 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I am on site checking a well that has the wrong permit number on the tank battery. This well has been plugged and the site restored. The well that is using this permit number and remains in production is # 483 and is also the Huss # 1 the confusion was from the operator using the wrong permit number. |
