1461737891 | 2016-06-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 2 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. A domestic gas hook up is present at the well head. Production equipment for this well includes a 210 bbl. production tank, a horizontal separator and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 40*30 feet at an average height of 4 foot. Proper identification was in place on the tank battery at the time of my inspection. RBDM records indicate the well is in producing order. |
