| 1473318238 | 2016-06-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 2 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. The production tubing valve was in the closed position at the time of my inspection. A domestic hook up was plumed in the backside of the tubing with the valve in the open position. Production equipment for this well includes a 100 bbl. production tank, a horizontal separator and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 30*40 feet at an average height of 2 foot. Proper identification was in place on the tank battery at the time of my inspection. RBDM records indicate the well is in producing order. |
