Meet with Ken Karpinski and he advised that the well has been idle for approximately 10 years. I checked RBDMS for production reports and found the last reported production was in 2000. While on site Dave Jones ( Red Hill Dev) arrived on site. He advised that Red Hill has been working on the well and trying to get the well back into production. He adviesd that if they cant get the well back into production by just running the pumpjack , then they are going to bring their service rig onto location and work over the well with the rig. Mr. Karpinski has concerns about the operator bringing a service rig on locatrion because they have to cross the dam of his pond to get on site. I advised that since Red Hill has been working on the well site and have plans to keep working on the well site to put the well back into production then the well is not an idle well at this time. I also advised that if Red Hill doesnt keep working on the well to put it back into production then I will issue a Compliance Notice to either plug or produce the well. |
