0020435760 | 2016-09-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witness the well is still faintly leaking H2S gas. After my inspection I placed a call to Chris Kimble who informed me that he will fix the issue as soon as possible. I will conduct another inspection in the near distance future to inspect in the issue has been resolved |
0854191679 | 2016-09-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 2 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. At the time of my inspection my Tango TX1 hydrogen sulfide meter detected 46 parts per million H2S at the well head. Production equipment for this well includes a 100 bbl. production tank, a horizontal separator and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 40*30 feet at an average height of 4 foot. Proper identification was in place on the tank battery at the time of my inspection. RBDM records indicate the well is in producing order. After my inspection I placed a call to Chris Kimble and informed him of the issue. He stated he would look into resolving the issue quickly. I will perform a follow up inspection to insure the well is not leaking anymore. |

2018119865 | 2016-11-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on my previous inspection where I discovered the well had a Hydrogen Sulfide leak around the 4.5 inch diameter production casing at the well head, I found that the 4.5 inch production casing had been repaired and I was unable to detect any indications of H2S gas at or around the well head. |
