I found that the well is idle and contacted the owner of the well and advised that the well needs plugged. I talked to Jason Scott of S & S Energy at 330-715-4803 to advised him that the well needs to be plugged. He informed me that the well was scheduled to be plugged and that he would apply for a plug permit today. He is to contact Nicks Well plugging to schedule this well to be plugged. |

Production equipment includes a horizontal seperator, meter box with .25 inch diameter sales line orfice, and a 100 barrel steel tank, and a 40 barrel poly brine tank, all contained in an earthen dike. Production records are current but show no production since 2012 and chart indicates well is shut in. Tank is labeled. A plugging permit was issued in february of 2015 and has since expired. Well has changed hands from S&S to D&D during that time period. A voicemail was left to the emergency number on the tank. |
