Order follow up for chiefs order for failure to have liability insurance. Review of previous inspection reports indicates that this well was plugged on 6/23/15 and witnessed by Inspectors Randy Akins and Mark Moreland. Akins report says to see Morelands report for details and Moreland did not enter an inspection or plugging report. Plugging report will need retreived prior to a final restoration approval.
