0523238190 | 2012-09-10 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I am on site today to witness the plug back of the Conductor portion of this well. The Operator contacted me at 1:00 am to inform me that the hole had collapsed. I advised that the well could be plugged back using 9 sack grout. The well is scheduled to be plugged back at 11:00 AM . I have contacted Inspector Grimm to cover the plug back while I am on another job. Before I left the Rat Hole drilling operator informed me he is to start the next well while waiting for the cement trucks. I ask if he should begin because the two wells could communicate. He said that the company understood the risks and advised he continue drilling to see if the next one would have the same problem. |
