0795517903 | 2013-10-21 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I am on site today to check on the drilling status of Nomac Drilling Rig # 71 and found that they are at 7670 ft drilling the curve. I checked the drilling site and did not find any leaks or spills outside of the containment. I had a call from the company man on the last cement job and Terry was to meet me on site but called and said he was late. Schedule meeting later in the week. |
1140421625 | 2016-02-17 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. All wells on location are using the plunger lift system as the method of production. RBDMS production records indicate that the wells are in production.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following: 8 400 bbl. Production tanks 7 Producing wells 7 Sand separators 1 Low pressure separator tower/Vapor recovery system unit. 1 Combustor 1 Compressor 2 Horizontal heater-treater. There was approximately 4 to 5 inches of snow on location at the time of my inspection. The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A. |
1381937855 | 2013-10-16 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Nomac Drilling is at 6247 ft drilling a 8-3/4inch diameter hole. They just finished the air drilling section of the well and will change over to fluid . I checked the site for any leaks or spills and did not find a problem. |
2133385344 | 2014-01-17 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A. |
