0338886350 | 2013-12-12 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Casing is being installed in this well today to 140 ft. They are setting 30 inch casing in a 30 inch hole and it will not be cemented. |
0583510109 | 2013-12-16 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | HAD Drilling is drilling and setting the 30 inch diameter casing which does not need witnessed because there is no annulus to cement. |
0592731143 | 2013-12-11 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I am on site today to check on the drilling status of HAD Drilling Rig # 690 and found that they are at 92 ft on the 30 inch conductor and 30 inch casing. This is a drill and drive rig which drills the same size hole as the casing. |

1448934593 | 2014-01-29 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | H & P Drilling Rig # 287 is at 598 ft drilling a 17.5 inch diameter hole dusting on air. They should be ready Thurday late night or Friday to set Intermediate casing. |
1490171833 | 2016-09-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The permitted well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure. RBDMS records indicate that the well is in producing order. The production tubing is being monitored using a digital Psi gauge placed at the top of the well head. At the time of my inspection the production tubing gauge read approximately 1450 psi. Fluids and gases could be heard transferring from the wellhead to the flow line. Indicating the well is producing. I was unable to capture the pressure readings of the surface casing and intermediate casing due to the fact it was not clear what position the valves were in. The gases coming from the tanks were being flared off.
Production equipment on the well pad consisted of the following. 4- 400 barrel production tanks 1- Condensate compressor station. 4- Gas Production Units with built in line heaters and sand separators 1- Flare stack. 4- Producing wells utilizing natural reservoir pressure. |
1624891296 | 2016-06-14 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I arrived on location, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure. RBDMS production records indicate that the well is in producing order.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following: 4 500 bbl. Production tanks 4 Producing wells 4 Sand separators 1 Combustor 1 Compressor The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A. |
1790414433 | 2013-12-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | HAD Drilling Rig # 690 has moved in to drill the 30 inch diameter conductor hole. There is another rig on site and it will be drilling at the same time on the # 1 well. |
1947286961 | 2017-12-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing 4 producing wellheads. Wells heads are on a separate pad from production equipment. Production equipment includes four 400 barrel production tanks, four GPUs,one compressor, and flare. Well is showing 180 psi on the surface casing and 0 psi on intermediate casing. Valves are open and production records are current. |
2009499306 | 2015-05-19 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the date of inspection I am on site to conduct an inspection for preliminary restoration. The well passes for preliminary restoration per ORC 1509.072(A). |
