1179776741 2014-03-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Nomac Drilling Rig # 137 will be moving to this well today and should be ready to set casing in the morning.
1393374715 2014-02-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Top hole drive is broken and it could be 24 hours to fix. Rig will call when they spud.
1467558948 2013-12-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site to witness the running and cementing of the 30 inch casing string. Express Drilling set 100 ft of casing and O-Tex Cementing Service c/w 250 sks
1764001202 2014-02-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 16inch diameter casing string. Nomac Drilling Rig # 137 drilled a 22 inch diameter hole to 584ft and set 584 ft of casing. O-Tex Cementing Service is on site to cement the casing. Nomac hit fill up and is washing each joint down. It took 30 minutes for the first joint and is taking longer for each one after that. I left after I was not certain that I would be able to witness the cement job in a reasonable amount of time. I returned early in the morning just after they got the plug down and they had good returns to surface.
1842687445 2018-03-15 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found pad to contain 5 properly labeled producing wellheads. Wells are equipped with christmas tree style wellheads. Wellhead pressures read: surface 0 psi, intermediate 0 psi, production 500 psi, and tubing 400 psi. Production equipment includes 5 gpuss, 5 sand seperators, 1 heater treater, 1vapor recovery tower, 1 combustor, 2 compressors, and 12 400 barrel steel tanks. Tanks inside metal containment. Pad outslopes are vegetated and stable. Site meets requirements of )RC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
1980307003 2016-05-05 Production Wells No Violations I arrived on location, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure. RBDMS production records indicate that the well is in producing order.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following:

12 500 bbl. Production tanks 5 Producing wells 5 Sand separators

1 Horizontal heater-treater 1 Low pressure separator/ Vapor recovery system 1 Combustor 2 Compressors 2 300 Gallon Fuel Cells 2 NGL Production Vessels 1 NGL Compressor 1 NGL Heater Treaters
