1178476855 | 2015-01-02 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I inspected the R Alan # 3 -H on 1/2/2015. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 was picking up the bottom hole assembly to go back to drilling after cementing 527 of 13.375 casing in a 17.5 bore hole 540 KB deep. Schlumberger used 510 sacks of SurfaceSet cement on 1/1/2015. Conductor cement was tagged at 125KB. A walk around inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1395947007 | 2015-01-14 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I inspected this well on 1/14/2015. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 had reached total depth at 17,786KB. They were casing the hole with 5.5 casing and having to wash down every third joint with 50 joints left. A walk around inspection revealed no violations. |
1420382748 | 2015-01-03 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on the R Alan # 3 - H to observe the placement and cementing of the 9.625 intermediate casing string. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 drilled a 12.25 diameter borehole to 1902 KB and proceeded to place 1885 of 9.625 casing into the bore hole. Schlumberger mixed a cement slurry of 710 sacks of SurfaceSet and circulated the slurry back to surface. The cement weighed 15.9 ppg going downhole and 15.3 ppg returned back to the cellar. I observed 35 barrels of cement returned back to surface. The plug was bumped to 1541psi ( 500 psi over final lift pressure of 988 psi ) and held for 5 minutes. After the shut in period pressure was released and .75 barrels of displacement fluid flowed back. All floats held. No violations were identified during this inspection. |
1658820224 | 2014-10-11 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Rocky Mountain Drilling drilled 120 of 24 hole and set 120 of 20 conductor. Univeral Well Services cemented it with 245 sacks of Class A cement. Good cement returned to the surface. See the casing ticket for the details. |
2025310593 | 2016-02-23 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted wells are producing off of natural reservoir pressure. RBDMS production records indicate that the well is in producing order.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following: 11 400 bbl. Production tanks 8 Producing wells 8 Sand separators 2 Horizontal heater-treaters 1 combustor 1 low pressure separator/ Vapor recovery system 5 compressors 2 NGL tanks The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A. |
