0018239899 | 2018-12-20 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Geologist Tammy Richards. A halliburton frac crew is on location. Stage 7/63 had plug set at 17149, with bottom perf at 17139 and top perf at 17019. Equipment is down for maintenance and no frac is ongoing. Surface annular pressure is 0 psi and intermediate annular is 300 psi. |
0297675407 | 2015-05-05 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I am on site today to check on the status of the Precision Drilling Rig after the collapse of the 36 inch diameter hole on Monday. They cemented back with 19 yards of grout from 38 ft. to 20 ft. and let it set up before they re-drilled thru it. Today they are at 85 ft. and should be ready to set casing later today. |
0532993758 | 2015-05-11 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the date of inspection I am on site to check the status of the Sproull 3H conductor that has yet to be cemented. The Sproull 1H was topped off with ready mix over the weekend and the cellar is sealed. |
0595565700 | 2019-01-29 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed CWS rig 7009 onsite. This well has had frac plugs drilled out and 8390 feet of 2.875 inch diameter tubing ran. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure was 500. |
0664892504 | 2016-02-08 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed Patterson Rig No. 292 is stacked out on location. All drilling equipment is also present on location. |
0672622022 | 2019-01-03 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew performing a final pressure test on kill plugs in the well. This well had two kill plugs set in it today at 8297 and 8147. Plugs passed a negitive and a positive pressure test. Halliburton will be moving off of location starting today. Surface and intermediate annular pressures are 0. |
0890412789 | 2018-03-15 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain 1 properly labeled producing well and four conductors/cellars that are not labeled. Production equipment includes one GPU, a vapor recovery tower, combustor, compressor, and four 500 barrel steel tanks. Steel tanks are in metal containment and there is a berm around pad. There is no drilling equipment onsite. Outslopes of pad are stable and vegetated. Pad is fenced and locked. Per ORC 1509.072A this permit is not eligible for a preliminary restoration until it is drilled to total depth. |
1185837717 | 2018-11-27 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton frac crew on location. Identified myself to company man Justin. This well has not been stimulated. There are 65 stages to be completed. Intermediate annular pressure was 0. |
1283773518 | 2015-05-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I arrived today to find that Precision Rat hole Drilling Service is at 30 ft. and is grouting the 36 hole shut after it collapsed at 30 to 35 ft. It took 19 yards of grout to stabilize the hole. No casing has been set at this time and drilling will continue after cement has set up. Then they will drill the hole back out and try to reach the conductor casing point of 100 ft. |
1326926676 | 2018-10-24 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 795 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1412 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1410 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 12 centralizers. Shoe track is 43 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1248 sacks of class A surfaceset cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 20% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 208 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 38 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1.5 barrels back. |
1430855277 | 2015-05-05 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 30 inch diameter casing string. Precision Rat Hole Service drilled a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 ft. and set 100 ft. of 118 lb. casing. Allied Cementing Service cemented with 4800 sacks of class A cement at 15.6 lb. and a yield of 1.20.. During the drilling of the 36 inch hole it collapsed from 30 ft. to 38 ft. and 19 yards of grout was used to fill the hole over the collapsed section and after it set up was drilled out to 100 ft. The hole will not be uniform from top to bottom and that is the reason they ordered so much extra cement. |
1545859301 | 2018-12-26 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. They are currently stimulating stage 31/63 on this well. Plug is set at 13549 with bottom perf at 13539 and top perf at 13419. Break down pressure was 8893 at 15 barrels per minute (BPM). Max rate was 86 bpm and average rate was 81 bpm. Max treating pressure was 11969 and average pressure was 10395. Initial shut in pressure was 5491. 60000 lbs of 100 mesh sand and 190000 lbs of 30/70 mesh sand was pumped. Clean fluid total was 4432 barrels. Intermediate annular pressure was 533. |
1557380084 | 2019-05-08 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I am visiting pad at the request of Adam Schroeder on behalf of Mr. Humpreys. Mr. Humpreys was concerned with no production on the 9H well which was due to shutting it in to drill the 1H, 3H, 5H, and 7H wells. Email was sent to Adam Schroeder informing him the well is back in production. This well is currently producing off of natural reservoir pressure. Production equipment includes five GPUs, five sand seperators, two line heaters, one combustor, three compressors, two vapor recovery towers, and eight 500 barrel steel tanks, within their own containment. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 5 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 70 psi. Pad is stable and vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration. |
1702292471 | 2018-12-04 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 450. They have not started stimulation on this well yet. |
