0517341750 | 2017-09-20 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found the Pettay wellpad to have 5 properly labeled plunger lift wells. Wells are equipped with christmas tree wellheads. There is no pressure on surface casing and 1100 psi on the intermediate casing. Production equipment includes five gas production units, three line heaters, two heater treaters, compressor, vapor recovery system, combustor, and twelve 500 barrel steel tanks. Four are brine and eight are condensate tanks. Tanks are in their own steel containment. Production records current in RBDMS. Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A. |
0703962017 | 2015-03-31 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Nomac Drilling Rig # 80 is drilling at 7761 ft. and think they could finish the well by Saturday. I checked the solids control area and found it clean and the liners in place. |
1418818662 | 2014-12-16 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found Precision Rat Hole installing 30 inch casing in a 36 inch hole, 100 feet deep. Established circulation and circulated 20 bbls of good cement to surface. |
1427182226 | 2015-03-24 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I am on site tonight to witness the running and the cementing of the 18-5/8 inch diameter casing string. Nomac Drilling Rig # 80 drilled a 24 inch diameter hole to 395 ft. and set 395 ft. of 87.5 lb. casing. O-Tex Cementing Service cemented with 590 sacks of class H cement at 15.6 lb. and a yield of 1.20 and had good cement returns to surface. |
1427464700 | 2015-03-27 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Up on arrival on location I found the rig crew running 9 5/8 inch casing to the depth of 1972 feet. A 12 1/4 hole was drilled to the depth of 1982. O-Tex will be doing the cementing. Established circulation and pumped 130 sacks of cement for the lead and then 550 sacks as the tail cement. Circulated 24 bbls of good cement back to surface. Released pressure and had 1 bbl come back. Job complete. |
1427810303 | 2015-03-26 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I arrived on site to witness the running and the cementing of the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string. During the casing installation it became stuck. The depth was 850 ft. They drilled a 12-1/4inch diameter hole to 1982 ft. and planned to run 1967 ft. of casing. They established circulation and tried to go up and tried to go down. Next they brought the pump rate up and still could not get free. After several hours of working the casing it was determined that the cement job would not be done even after they are free without conditioning the well bore prior to cementing. They plan to pull out the casing and go back in the hole with the drill string and re-drill to bottom then mix mud to stabilize the well prior to running casing and cementing. They will contact me with the new cementing schedule. |
