1137591052 | 2018-11-06 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad containing 4 producing wells. This well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure through tubing. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular is 300. Production equipment includes 4 GPUs, 4 sand seperators, 1 compressor, a combustor, vapor recovery tower, and 6 400 barrel steel tanks in their own containment. Three tanks are condensate and three are produced water. Site meets requirements of OAC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration. |
1523366946 | 2018-04-10 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing 4 properly labeled well that are producing on natural reservoir pressure. All wells have christmas tree style wellheads. Pressure gauges read as follows: Surface 12 psi, Intermediate 117 psi, Production 2430 psi, and Tubing 1156 psi. Production equipment includes six 400 barrel steel tanks within their own steel containment, two compressors, four sand separators, four GPUs, a vapor recovery stack, and a combustor. One heater treater onsite. Site is stable and vegetated. Site meets preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072A. |

1831895878 | 2017-10-16 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 571 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 531 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 525 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 11 centralizers. Shoe track is 48 feet long. Schlumbger was onsite with 475 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 74 barrels of fresh water. 29 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 30 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 0.5 barrels back. |
1853682443 | 2017-08-30 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augered a 26 inch hole to 120 feet. The day before they set 120 feet of 20 inch diameter conductor casing and O-tex cemented it with 145 sacks of cement. I was not onsite for the job and they did not get cement back to surface for two reasons. First they did not have enough cement on site because the job was calculated with a 24 inch diameter hole instead of the actual 26 inch diameter. Next the formation theived fluid as the height dropped back from 25 feet to 35 feet below ground level, per Superintenant David Newman. On this date, Express topped the hole out with ready mix truck. |
1892368147 | 2017-10-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 571 drilling 8.5 inch diameter hole at 15,654 feet. Containment on pad was viewed and it holding a significant amount of water. Local area has received ~1.5 of rain in the last 24 hours. Containment appears to be functioning properly |
