1548255752 2019-01-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on location to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. The following Personnel/ Companies were on location: Doug Bennett (Ascend), Petroset (Cement Contractor), Dow Cameron (Water) and Ken Frye (ODNR -Oil & Gas Inspector). A total of 400 sacks of cement with 1/2 pound of flake per sack were used in cementing operation. There were 18 barrels of returns. Cement weight was scaled at 15.7 lbs.
1552209658 2019-03-10 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 39 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1380 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 24 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet ground level. Wyoming casing ran 1372 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 2 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 11 centralizers. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1384 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.22. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 205 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 90 barrels of cement returned to surface and floats held with 1 barrel back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 14 feet.
