0073773731 2019-03-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 30 inch diameter hole to the depth of 97 feet. 100 feet of 24 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Drillers hit water at 50 feet while drilling. Water is visible in wellbore prior to pumping cement. Petroset was onsite with 250 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg, with a yield of 1.18. 50 percent excess cement was ran on the well. Cement was displaced to 90 feet with 47.3 barrels of fresh water. A 10 foot cement shoe was left inside the casing. They did not get cement back to the surface. They tagged the cement at the depth of 46 feet. They finish topping off the wellbore in the morning, with 9 sack grout.
