0293476250 | 2019-06-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 584 drilling their curve with an 8.5 inch diameter bit at 8455 feet. Kick off point was 8147 feet and planned landing point is 9240. Current mud weight is 12.6 ppg with no flare. The previous casing cemented was the 9.625 inch diameter casing at 7516 feet. 12.25 inch diameter hole was drilled to 7994 feet but when rig tripped out of hole they found out they left part of a motor and bit in the hole. Top of fish is at 7824 feet. On 5/31, Schlumberger pumped a 600 foot class H cement plug on top of fish. Cement was 17.5 ppg and yield of 0.94. Rig dressed off plug and sidetracked around fish at 7554 feet. |
0337433592 | 2019-03-18 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision had augured a 30 inch diameter hole to 99 feet. 99 feet of 24 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Petroset was onsite with 250 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50% excess ran. Cement was displaced to 90 feet with 47 barrels of fresh water. No cement returned to surface but was tagged at 20 feet. |

1558839474 | 2019-05-25 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 584 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 703 feet. Hole was drilled with a PDC bit with water based mud. previous wells on this pad have given them fits with formation swelling prior to casing run. No issues on this well. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 238 feet KB. Wyoming ran 706 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 4 centralizers. Shoe track is 46 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 578 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 40% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 100 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel and 40 barrels of chemwash pumped ahead of cement. 30 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 15.4 ppg, and floats held with .5 barrel back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet. |
