During the inspection, it was noted that the AD remains disconnected. The deficiencies observed during the inspection were stuffing box leak with 5 x 5 area containing fresh oil along with old (parrafin). Erosion was observed along the lease road and will need to be graded in the Spring. Left note for pumper and also called at 5:25 pm. The pumper states that he was aware of P&C and agreed that lease road would need to be addressed. The P&C will be resolved on 1/22/2010. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and shared tank batery. Note: snow melt at time of inspection.
