0029537208 2015-09-29 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Wrights Well Service has ran a bailer down to 64 feet and found plugging clay. The hole was filled with fresh water to clean the well bore prior to plugging. The plug was set with 1 yard of 9 sack grout. A Identification plate as placed on the top of the casing and covered with soil.

1442924080 2009-05-06 Final Restoration Violations Noted An inspection revealed that the final restoration does not meet. A section of plastic line was found at the tank battery location. Debris also observed at the well location. Kenoil representative, Mr. John Wright, states that Mr. Dale Tucker owned the tanks and related flowline. Mr. Tucker has been contacted and states that he will remove from the property. The well location shows signs of vegetative growth and the majority of the lease road also contains vegetation.
1443525619 2015-09-28 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I contacted Ken Oil pumper Jim McDonald concerning the leaking well. The well was plugged in 2009 with clay. There is a 16 hole with oil at the surface. John had a water truck on site to remove the oil from the well bore. The suction hose was placed in the hole and removed fluid down to approx. 18. The dropped a weight on a string and got down to 60 before resistance was felt. They asked if they could bring in a swab rig and bale out the hole. I agreed and stated depending on what was found further drilling may be required.
1533226556 2015-09-28 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I received a call from landowner Sarah Delong. She stated that there was a hole on her property that was leaking oil. Upon reaching the site I observed a 16 diameter hole that was full of oil. The oil has at some point in the past risen above the surface and ran downhill. Research indicates the well was owned by Ken Oil and plugged by Wrights Well Service in 2009. I have contacted Martha at Ken Oil who agreed to have a employee meet me on site on 9/28/15 or 9/29/15.
