My inspection revealed the pumping unit is overgrown with brush and trees. There is a 4 inch diameter tree growing up through the pumping unit. The well has 2-100 barrel tanks and a salt water knock out tank. The well lacks a legible identification. The well is currently incapable of production. I spoke with well owner Mr. Tom Vischietto today at 12:11 PM, Tom stated he has applied for a plug permit for this well. The well has reported 0 production since 2006.The well is currently incapable of production. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Kip Thompson at 5880 Memory Road, Zanesville Ohio 43701 within 30 days, per OAC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |

Briars were covering the well and a tree has grown up through the pumping unit. The last year for commercial production was 2005.
