Kenoil representative, John Wright, states that Dale Tucker is responsible for removing equipment, due to agreement when the well was purchased from him. A Notice of Violation will be issued.

1247489753 2009-06-16 Final Restoration No Violations A follow-up inspection revealed 1 black plastic above the ground located in the woods. The lease road has been restored and acceptable vegetation observed around the well site. This activity had been performed by Kenoil. On 6/17/2009 at 1:54 PM, the responsible company, Mr. Dale Tucker was again instructed to remove plastic line. Mr. Tucker states that they forgot and would be removing the line.

Sections of plastic line were observed above ground, in the woods, near the well location. A section of cable was also found exposed above ground at the well location. Kenoil representative, Mr. John Wright, states that Mr. Dale Tucker owned the tanks and related flowline. Mr. Tucker has been contacted and states that he will remove the property. The location has been graded and contains good vegetative cover to include lease road.
