The landowner requested the gas line that is above ground on their property be buried. Kilbarger had buried the gas line from the well to where the line enters into the woods. This meeting was to determine if the landowner wanted the trees knocked down in order to bury the line through the woods. It was decided the line would be removed from the woods and buried along the edge of the lease road. I discussed the violations with Mr. Vickerilli.
