2075385956 2008-08-11 Preliminary Restoration No Violations A follow-up inspection revealed non-compliance. During the inspection, erosion was observed over an embankment. The soil has washed downhill into a low lying area located near an intermittent stream. Located along the embankment, several sections of pit liner exist above ground. This area will require grading. No signs of vegetative growth was observed around the well site. Company representative, Mike McPeek has been instructed to resolve this issue.
2118580582 2007-08-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen Violations Noted An inspection revealed that the mud pit has reached maximum capacity of fluid and the pit liner has been compromised. Kilbarger Drilling completed the drilling of this well prior to this inspection and will be instructed to remedy this deficiency. New lat & long obtained for this well.
