At the time of the inspection, RBDMS shows Historic Owner with no reported production. Identification placed at the well shows that G-R Contracting is the well owner. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and the tank battery. The location of this well has been verified with Columbus. Plug or produce this well. Your attention is also directed to ORC 1509.11. Our records do not show a statement of production of oil, gas and brine for this well. Please submit production records to the Division of Mineral Resources Management. |
