Took photos of production line at tank. Also owner name not correct on ID.

Further stating that his son told him that he took care of this issue. Mr. Johnson was instructed to build up section of earthen dike walls closest to the creek. Mr. Johnson agreed to repair dike and stated that he would take care of the leak himself.
