0098701227 2018-06-25 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed the well consists of a pumping unit and 1-100 barrel tank. The well was in operation during my inspection.
0120027714 2013-02-21 Production Wells No Violations I accompanied Kip Thompson on the clean up of this well. The flow line parted and oil escaped from the dike. Corp Energy was on the jobsite cleaning up the oil spill.

Mike Sharren represents OEPA, Gordon farley, Rich Jones and Tommy Thompson represent Wayne Nation forest. Mike Corp represents Northwood energy. OEPA has asked that a dike be built in the ditch that leads to the swamp. This dike would allow water to pass be retain any oil that may be remaining in the watershed. US Forest service will provide a gate that will be installed by Mike Corp. The US forest service will determine what seed will be used when the site is reclaimed.
0451039762 2013-02-19 Production Wells Violations Noted I received a call from Bill Arnholt with Northwoods energy. He informed me of a oil spill on this location, I arrived at 1:10 PM. I met Mike Corp on site to discuss the plan to clean up the spill. OEPA was contacted by Northwoods Energy.Gordon Farley with the US forest is on site as well as Mike Sharon who represents the OEPA. Mike Sharon has began to remove brush from the spill area to allow the oil to be gathered and collected. Mike Corp worked until dark removing oil from the swamp. Work will continue on 02/20/2013.

I have called Mike Corp to inform him of the need to finish the clean up. I also instructed Mike to add a drain to the dike.

They are now removing brush from the second spill site to vacillate removing the remainder of the oil and oil saturated material.

New dike has been finished, new steel flow line from well to tank has been installed. There are two items to finish before I will sign off on this clean up. Scott courter is on site, he is cleaning up the oil at the well head and removing brush and excess soil that has been contaminated with oil. I will check the site for compliance on 02/26/2013.
1362498813 2013-03-05 Production Wells No Violations Status well inspection, I inspected this site to check on the cleanup from the oil spill on 02/19/2013.There is a small amount of oil remaining, this has been treated with peatsorb. I have instructed Mike Corp to remove all of the oil saturated peatsorb.
