0411711041 2018-06-27 Production Wells No Violations This is a follow up inspection to compliance notice 1526641447 issued on 06/12/2018. The identification sign has been put back into compliance and the compliance notice is now satisfied.
0910911933 2019-05-22 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found an 8 5/8-inch diameter casing, a 4 1/2-inch diameter casing, with a 4 1/2-inch diameter by 2 3/8-inch diameter swage with a 2 3/8-inch diameter valve on top. The well is a swab well. The production equipment is made up of four 100 bbl. steel tanks, a 25 bbl plastic tanks a horizontal separator. The tanks are properly identified. 2018 production has not been reported.

There is no identification on the tank or well. The well shall be plugged or placed in temporary inactive status. In the interim please affix a valid legible ID to the tank and/or well. Failure to comply with this request may result in forfeiture of bond.

1539775291 2018-10-16 Production Wells No Violations I received a phone call from Wendy Booth concerning a complaint of a natural gas odor from Debbie Bell. I met with Debbie Bell on location. An odor of natural gas was present. There was a small leak in a plastic line by the production equipment. I was not able to contact Jim Large. I did contact Joe Brough, he does some work for Jim. Repairs are to be made and then Joe is to let me know when completed and I will re-inspect. The complaint number is 5991
