The tank is properly identified, and the production reporting is up to date.
1175211121 2014-09-18 Production Wells Violations Noted I received a phone call from Mr. Jim Millison representing Mr. Yoder complaining that the well was idle and that the lease is void due to lack of production. Mr. Yoder isnt sure that he wants to buy the well and would like it plugged. I explained to Mr. Millison that the lease issues were a civil matter but that I would check out the production. There has been no commercial production from the well since 2012. There is a house gas meter at the well. The flowline is shut in and the casing and tubing valves were open and both feed the house meter. The gauges on both the tubing and casing read zero psi. There was no house gas usage at the time of the inspection. This well must be produced or plugged.
